Making Solutions – Laboratory Science (practical)

The three videos below take you through how to prepare solutions in three ways:

  1. Molar from solid – making a 0.1 molar solution of Iron II sulphate
  2. Molar by dilution – making 0.1 molar HCl from 2 molar.
  3. Percentage from solid – preparing a 1% starch solution.

You can find written instructions under the ‘Materials’ tab at the top.
